Dr. Kitchen is available to travel to jails, agency facilities, or client’s home. However, home visits require the presence of a social or case worker during the evaluation.

He is also available for testimony by telephone at no added charge for the first 30 minutes. He is able to appear in person, but that does come a minimum of 2 hours billable time.
